Every year the Performing Arts Department grants nine student awards and three faculty awards to recognize outstanding students and faculty for their talents and contributions to our department and the wider WashU community.
On Sunday, May 3, the Performing Arts Department held its annual end-of-year banquet where we awarded our student and faculty awards. We would like to extend our best wishes to those students and faculty who received an award and thank everyone for your hard work and dedication toward making this season a success!

The PAD also presented two beloved faculty members retiring at the end of this year—Annamaria Pileggi and Jeffery Matthews—with 'Passion for PAD' awards in honor of their distinguished 35+ year careers and dedication to the Performing Arts Department. They will be sorely missed, and we are grateful for their lasting impact on the department.
